One thing I would do is find a list of similar Cathoiic bloggers, send them an email asking to link to your site from theirs. It can't hurt. That's how I found yours. Which diocese are you in?
I think most of my readers initially came from CAF. I just had the link at the bottom as part of my signature and seemed to get a lot of traffic from there (the more I posted the more traffic I'd get). I've also met a lot of people from commenting on other Catholic blogs.
